1 c. dry non-fat milk powder
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. oil
1 qt. half and half milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cardamom powder

Mix dry milk, egg, baking powder and oil together in a hard dough. Make small balls of 1 inch diameter. Boil half and half with cardamom powder and sugar. Put it on low heat. Put the balls in the milk and cook on low heat for 2 minutes. Slowly turn over the balls. Let it cool down. Sprinkle it with nuts.
