We have had a very cool , rainy summer...but now things are growing!
Tropical garden slowly advancing!!
Yes, very tropical looking. I guess I better take the camera and get outside for some pictures of my jungle. Thanks for sharing your gardens.
Marcy, very nice! I'm curious, what is the plant in the first pic on the far left! It looks like a tapioca plant to me.
Thanks Brugie! Yes..let's see some pictures!
Brinda...that is a Cleome..or spider plant as we call it here. It's an annual.
And thank you also..Brinda.
Today has been so cold and windy, plus no sunshine, so here is a picture or two that I took a while back. There is no organization to my planting. I just stick it in the ground and hope for the best. Here is the main bed and I'll follow it with a shot from across the yard so you can see how big it is.
Okay, one more. This is up near the back deck. I bought a lot of caladiums from the co-op that Eyes did earlier. They are doing fairly well considering I wasn't smart enough to let them have a little more light than they actually are getting. Now...I'm done. LOL! I have hundreds of pictures, but I won't bore you any more.
Come on Shirley....bore us please! I love all your pics!
Marcy...forgive me for being so dense! LOL I wasn't paying attention to the blooms on that foliage! I only looked at the foliage and thought it looked like tapioca tree. Your cleome is very pretty. Mine is....LOL....well...only about 8" tall! LOL
Brugie.....looks great to me!!! I love it!!! Thanks so much !!!
Great pics,Marcia, you really got it packed this year.
Brugie, great looking flower beds, despite the cool temps .
Thanks T man!
Wow, y'all have gorgeous gardens. I was inspired. I went out and started redoing mine, but I just can't seem to design them like you guys can. Brugie, have you ever thought about visiting Texas?
Shoot Cala, I've thought about moving there. Maybe someday it will happen for us.
