Good morning friends!

Evamae, I hope you are getting some rest! I was sorry to read of your friends passing. I heard a song the other day about when a christian dies, it said "I'm not dead, just changing neighborhoods!" I like that.

All eyes are on the Gulf down here. We have 2 storms to be a little concerned about, Bonnie & Charlie. Double trouble. Charlie has really caught my attention. It has all the makings of a nasty hurricane. We are all glued to the weather.

Sally's red spots have not gotten better. I will have to bite the bullet and take her in to a dermatologist today. EGADS! What if she is allergic to our critters..perish the thought! I am actually wondering if she didn't pick up something swimming in Gulf of Mexico. We went swimming there last friday and the spots broke out on sunday night.

We are just about finished our goat prision, uhhmmm, I mean fencing..LOL! 6 foot cyclone fencing should keep them where they need to be.

We had some bad weather come through here over the weekend. A branch fell on top my poor chicken that was roosting and it killed him!! I found him dead, branch on top of him and feathers all over. The crime scene was pretty bad..*grin* gee, what are the chances of that happening? Talk about a bad day..i mean night..hehe.

Edit to say "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY SWEETIE" Jesse is 33 years young today. What a great guy I was blessed with!!
