How do I load PHP software on my Windows 2000 machine?

Hello everyone, I know someone here is an expert in PHP. I need help installing the PHP software, Apache, and MYSQL. To start, I have a laptop and Macromedia Dreamweaver software installed in it. I use Coldfusion server to create webpages. I am trying to learn how to use PHP like how Dave created "Daves Garden". However I am using Windows 2000 and ASP instead of LINUX. I downloaded PHP 5 and install it using IIS 4.0(I also tried Apache) and installed no problem it seems!
Now I created a simple PHP page and hoping that I will see it didn't display anything or give me any error. Can someone help me please. What am I doing wrong? I also loaded Apache and MySQL no problem.
