I'd love some of the purple cats whiskers. I've got firespike, Odontonema strictum

McKinney, TX(Zone 8a)

I just trimmed some of my 'Tangerine Beauty' Cross Vine this weekend and put cuttings in a pot. I am waiting to see if they will root. I also have Autumn Sage that I can try to root. I already have a few seeds frin the Autumn Sage.

I would love some of the Brazilian Plume/Jacobinia and possibly Beautyberry or Clematis.

Homosassa, FL(Zone 9a)

Jody,
I will let you know when the Cat's Whiskers are ready; it shouldn't be long, as they root very quickly. I would love the Firespike. Do you have cuttings or seed? Email me your address so I can send them when they are ready.

Sweezel,
I will work on getting cuttings of all three rooted for you, and will let you know as soon as they are ready. I sure hope that Cross Vine roots! That's one I can't wait to add to my garden!! And the Autumn Sage will be great, seeds or cuttings!

Hi

I think I have a couple things on your list but want to look them up before I say for sure.
I have a honeysuckle with pink and yellow variagated flowes which is the one I think you are looking for, and I have what I think is a shrimp plant, but need to check the database to be sure.

Beth I could really use a couple of purple cats whiskers, I have Variegated shrimp plants, two types of Leonotis seeds, and Hyacinth beans email me if interested.

Hi, BethG. I would love some of the Coral Bean plant! I have Sedum "Autumn Joy", Prickly Pear cactus-yellow, Lilacs-a purple and a yellow; Gallica Rose, or you could check my tradelist to see if I have anything else you'd like. LMK, please. Thanks!

Oklahoma City, OK

Beth,

I have vitex in purple, pink, and white. I would love to have a piece of your Clematis 'Multi Blue'. I have a couple of the other things on your want list, eg. aniscanthus but have not looked it over for any divisions yet. Vitex will get quite large - I have one that is @5 yrs. old and is already 8' x 8'. They also want full sun. Will this work for you? Vitex rotundifolia is a much shorter shrub ( I saw lots of it when I was in Hawaii a couple of years ago) that spreads indefinitely.

Julia

Beth,

I will send you the purple vitex as soon as the weather cools enough here to ship.

Seems some of my email is bouncing, so, if I receive an email from you, I will confirm it here. If you don't get a confirmation here, that means I haven't received it.

aknapp,

Try resending, as I've not yet received one from you.

Well, it looks like Charley is headed just about right for us; hoping for a slight change of course so we can avoid the worst of it.

grrrrrr...may be offline for a few days...definitely not doing any gardening today, anyway...and hoping that what I have doesn't get blown away....

I really detest hurricanes....but I love Florida

As soon as I can get back online, will let everyone know what the status of my trade availability is.

McKinney, TX(Zone 8a)

Take care of yourself Beth and try to stay dry!

Cassopolis, MI(Zone 5a)

Beth I sure hope you come through the storm without any problems, it is not looking good down there at this time.
I have been keeping an eye on the storm path all day and wondering and you and the rest of our DG family in Florida.

Homosassa, FL(Zone 9a)

Whew! I just knew that Friday the 13th was not going to be bad luck for us! Although I am sooo relieved that we were fortunate with this one, I feel really bad for those that were hit instead.

Well, had been planning on spending these last 4 days in the garden, and instead had to spend it packing & unpacking. Was able to get some of my cuttings started Thursday, but still have a lot to do. Should be able to get to them a little at a time through the week, in between work & motherhood....

Thanks for all your prayers & thoughts.

Cassopolis, MI(Zone 5a)

I am so glad to know that you are okay, I have been thinking of you and wondering.

I too am praying for the folks that have not been as fortunate.

Milo, ME(Zone 4a)

Maineroses,

Although you don't really have anything I'm interested in, I'd be happy to send you cuttings anyway. You can reimburse me for postage (stamps would be fine - they'd be sure to get used!)

Was there anything on my list that you were particularly interested in? Or would you just like one or two each of whatever I end up rooting??

Milo, ME(Zone 4a)

anything you would like to share let me know Robin

Homosassa, FL(Zone 9a)

To all that may have tried to email me. It seems that for some reason, emails to me that come through the DG email, never make it to me. Don't know if this is my spam blocker or some other problem.

If you want to email me, please do it direct, not through DG. My email address is ginger@atlantic.net.

I still haven't received anything, via email, from aknapp, patternmaker, jody, shazbot3, sweezel, or maineroses. Not that I necessarily should have, but if you HAVE emailed me, I haven't received it.

Sorry for the delays; don't want you to think I've been ignoring you... :)

Hello
I would be interested in:
American Beautyberry
Cats Whiskers-both colors
Dogwood-White
Wild Cherry Tree

I have nothing on your list, so let me know how to compensate you.

Thank you in advance,
Linda(bilyn)

Homosassa, FL(Zone 9a)

Do you have anything to offer in trade? If not, I would appreciate postage reimbursement. It may be a while before all of them are ready. The Cat's Whiskers root pretty quickly, but the rest may take some time.

Beth

Brookeville, MD(Zone 7a)

What does your Clematis 'Multi Blue' look like? I've never heard of this but it sounds like something I might want.

Homosassa, FL(Zone 9a)

Here's Clematis 'Multi Blue' in the PDB: http://davesgarden.com/pdb/go/56232/index.html

LMK if you're interested. Email me at ginger@atlantic.net (not through DG email - that never seems to get to me)

Hi Beth

Just checking to see if you made it through all the storms ok and if the box made it ok? Hope it didn't get "blown" to the next county.

I've been pretty busy and haven't had much time to check in here and I'm sure you've been busy with clean up etc, please let me know when you get a chance.

Thanks
Happy Gardening!

lol...I just sent you an email about 15 minutes ago, and was wondering whether to package up your Cat's Whiskers or not!!

I can get them in the mail for you today; I just wanted to make sure you were not going to be out of state working when they get there.

We were very blessed in not having any real damage, other than trees down (thankfully not on the house, power lines, cars, etc).

I've been busy working, but had yesterday & today off. I'd like to get these out today, as I have another 7 straight days of work coming up after today.

NEW CUYAMA, CA

Hello. Looks like this trade has been going on a long time, so if you are still doing any trades. I would like to know if you still have any Dogwood (white), cat's whiskers and clematis?

I have peace lilies, loosestrife (yellow), solid green spider plants, pivet hedge. If you are interested in anything I have, plmk.

Edwiena (eddiegirl)

Brookeville, MD(Zone 7a)

Beth, I just wanted you to know that your hibiscus has at least one root on it! It's taken a while but at least it's a start!
