Beautiful plant... wondeful photo!

Thanks, starshine! I actually submitted my picture as part of a "correction" suggestion, because I think the other pictures in the PDB entry for Amarcrinum 'Fred Howard' are not correct. Note that my plant has narrow, trumpet-shaped flowers of a solid pale pink color. The ones in the other pics are pale pink on the outside and almost white on the inside. They are distinctly wide-open and not trumpet-shaped.

Compare mine to other samples: http://www.plantdelights.com/Catalog/Current/Detail/01408.html. Note that my plant looks just like PDN's. I actually ordered mine from Brent and Becky's several years ago. http://store.brentandbeckysbulbs.com/cgi-bin/bulbs2/04-0101?id=H8qvApXJ&mv_pc=29. The foliage on my plant is different than the other pics too - it's narrower, and less floppy - more like A. belladonna.

The other pictures may be of a different amarcrinum, perhaps
Amarcrinum memoria-corsii 'Lon Delkin' (syn 'Delkin's Find') - I have not seen that one in person, only read descriptions.

I love the Crinum lilies!!! I'm addicted to buying as many types as possible

This picture is "×Amarcrinum memoria-corsii (Ragion.) H.E.Moore, 1975 'Fred Howard' ".
It is not 'Howardii'.

OKI_T - You are correct. However, at the time I first added this picture I tried to post it as 'Fred Howard' and one of the PlantFiles admins told me that was not a valid cultivar (I'm not sure why they thought they were an expert).
