Just stopped by to say "Hi"
One of our market vendors passed away Wed. night. (More in Market Growers Forum.)
We are very busy in our garden as everything is going great guns! Poor old truck is bulging at the seams when we head to market. It has been a very good growing year here, after a slow start because of dry weather. The rain has been spotty lately, but our soil holds for a long time.
We put a fence around the sweet corn last week, so far so good! Had our first meal the other night, ummm great!
New for today will be pickling cucumbers, lots of work to pick, but a big hit at market.

We will be starting on the house project shortly, so that will give us more to keep busy. They were putting up walls yesterday. We start in as soon as the shell is done. We are doing the siding & the entire inside including all the cabinets.
We customn build them in our shop!
People would like to move in by Nov 1. They are an old farm couple who have spent their life in an older 2 story farm house. They are in their 80's.

Well, better sign off,
Have a great day!
Bernie
