Thanks so much for all the birthday wishes. So far, it has been a great day. One of our daughters went in for a colonoscopy this morning, because she has been having so many problems lately. They found one small polyp and they won't know the results until Monday, but the doctor said it didn't look like anything serious. That was great news. So far, for the rest of the day all I've done is eat. We went out for breakfast and 2 of our daughters took us out for lunch. Right now I feel like a stuffed pig. DH just asked where I wanted to go for dinner, and I told him nowhere. He can take me out tomorrow night. LOL
Edited to change colonostomy to colonoscopy, which is not the same thing by any means. I just didn't realize what I had typed before.

Thank you for your concern LadySwann. The doctor's office called her today and said they had sent the polyp off to the lab, but that it was very small and they didn't think there was anything to worry about. She said today that she felt better than she had in a long time, so maybe it was just that little polyp that has been causing all her pain.
Thanks, Tracey. I think between yesterday and today I've gained at least 5 unwanted, and certainly unneeded, pounds. LOL
