crestedchik look..!

Horn, Netherlands(Zone 8b)

Hi..I've never posted on this forum before. I've got some Brugseeds from Crestedchik from Isabella X Whiskers. Some seeds did 'nt make it ... but two have grown very well for me.
I'm very proud on the result..I've never sown Brugs before. The plants are now nearly 1 meter (that's 4 or 5 feet I guess for you ) and carry pods. I've noticed that there's a difference between the pods. The pods of one plant are somewhat smoothier and on the other plant somewhat hairier..don't know what this means.
If it's a cross does that mean that the flowers will be a surprise.? ..oooh I'm anxious to know.

Welcome Saya!! I cant wait for pictures! This must be a great time for hybridizers, and the seedling parent, to wait and then see all the hard work that was put into these babies.

Thanks for all your compliments. And I'm also anxious to see what's coming out of the buds. Will it be pink or white or yellow or....? So you 'll never know with seedlings how much they'll look after mum and dad..hmmm they both can be mum and dad I realize...great..I mean there are no particular male or female plants with Brugs...I think?
Wooow my first sown Brugs!

With one seedling something has happened...maybe this evening a flower will be born. This is the one with the somewhat hairy pods.
