After having my knee surgery I find it painful to use the treadmill for any length of time. Needless to say I put on a few or several pounds . This added to what my weight was I thought it was time to do something.
Last thursday I joined L.A. Weight Loss (quiet expensive)
I started the next day and so far I have lost a little over 5 lbs.
I have 5 meals a day that include protein,vegetables,fruit,starches,fat and skim milk.
I go three times a week.
Have any of you DG,s ever been on this program. I would be interested how you made out. I want to lose 26 lbs. that is my goal.
