Oh dear ... My little baby's all grown up. At least that's what she's telling me .

Sweet dear Allie went in heat last night. I'm glad to report I caught it in time to get one of those puppy diapers on her.

How long will this insanity last? We're scheduled for spaying Monday, the 9th. That's the earliest we could get in. That leaves me a week to comfort this poor baby, explaining to her that "yes, it is necessary for you to wear the pants, Allie. And, no, you can't play outside for long periods of time right now. It's just not safe."
