So many new threads since I've checked this forum.
I was dealing with my back pains (which seem much better today, yeah!) and then on Friday we had a traumatic incident happen.
Grandma was taking the girls up to the lake and a man in a truck swerved into her lane and near killed them. The State Trooper said if her reaction time wouldn't have been as good as it was it would have been a head-on and they probably would have all died. (both cars going 60 mph)
Grandma and Alex were ambulanced to the hospital, but they are fine now.
That man wasn't very nice. He wasn't concerned about them, just about his truck. Can you believe that?
I just thank God grandma saved their lives - split second timing.

I'm glad everyone will be okay. Must have been some very stressful moments for you. Hope your back will continue to get better.

me too. Thank you all for your concern. It was the worst moment of my life, and I immediately called Dee and asked for her to just help me through it. I thank God for blessings.
I'm still taken aback by what happened to your family, I can't believe that something like that would affect someone I know. I'm so glad they're safe and I pray that you all overcome the trauma of the incident quickly. Glad to have you back, Karrie.

Grandma must have had an Angel on her shoulder,I am glad that it did not turn out worse.
Yes, for grandma, at her age to pull that off (her reaction time) there must have been an angel looking out for all of them.

Hi Karrie! I'm glad Grandma still has good reflexes! I am happy that everyone is fine - cars can be replaced but people can't. I hope the loser with the truck has good insurance and can pay for all of this. There but for the grace of God go I... I have had many close calls like this. I don't mind sharing my lane, but please not at the exact same time and space that I am using!
