Pork Ribs Questions

Pittsburgh, PA(Zone 6a)

I can't imagine us not having some really good rib recipes considering there's some really fantastic cooks here on DG. I picked up a frozen pkg of ribs and put them right into our freezer. I'm anxious to try these but I'm rather clueless. Help!!!

How do you make ribs so tender but yet cooked through? Do you boil them? If so where? Or, do you cook them on the grill first and then add your favorite BBQ sauce?? Do you really rub seasonings on the ribs before you put them on the grill?
