*Excited* and that is an understatement! After digging this poor thing up in March and putting it in a pot to bring to its new home I didn't expect to see it bloom for a couple of years. Look what I found this morning!

Trish when the plants bloom the first time..the pups should bloom every year afterwards(1 or 2 pups that is) I have the red form.......wanna trade pups????? :-)

thanks... this was my favorite of the ornamentals blooming several times a summer.

Kyle, I'd love to trade with you but the pup is as large if not larger than the mommy. I'll post a picture later.. when they make another pup I'll be sure to grab it before it gets over 4'

Trish. Wow, I am so envious. Where is this one planted? I dont remember seeing it bud when I was over there. Is it in the ground now or in a pot? Next year, when you get lots of babies, maybe we can trade? I have chinese wax banana if you dont have it.
