Georgia Peach about to open :)

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

This has sure been a whacky year here for weather and rain. Other than some ugly leaves, a few bugs and such, things are going okay. Look at the tendrils on this one!

LOL Chele, fancy meeting you here. I can't wait to see your brug. I bet it is pretty! Nice tendrils on that chick!

Homestead, FL(Zone 10b)

Although she's not open yet she looks very elegant Chele. I look forward to seeing her in all of her open glory. :-)

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

It is open and peach today. I'll have to get out and get a pic in a bit.

Brundidge, AL(Zone 8b)

Denver, CO(Zone 5b)

Wow! Those are beautiful trendils so far! Cant wait to see it open.

Mifflintown, PA(Zone 6a)

pictures please.

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

Well the color changed overnight but it is not fully opened yet. See the bud on the top? Why are the starting out all bent and yucky looking? Some of the leaves are yucky too. We have had extremely whacky weather-either baking hot or cool and wet, wet, wet!! Did I mention WET??

Here it is from beneath. I sure hope it opens all the way tonight!

Such a soft color. I didn't realize she had a neck on her.

Tellico Plains, TN(Zone 7b)

Pretty flower Chele ,
makes me all the more anxious to see my first GP bloom. It will be a while though 'cause she's still in the vertical growth stage and loaded with those huge-mongous juvenile leaves. Pretty plant but sure hope to see a flower yet this year.

Until then I will just keep looking *drooling* at your pictures.

Totally different with the flash on.

I do like the way the midribs stay yellow in real life. It honestly is a peach color.

Wish hard enough and it may show up in your mail box! LOL I don't know how many if any I will over winter this year. It is SO nice to see them bloom this year though.

Raleigh, NC(Zone 7b)

Badseed, if you decide not to keep Georgia Peach I'm sure you will have no shortage of volunteers willing to give her a good home. Myself included!

I left the "junk" in this pic for color and scale. The lid to the left and the flowers above are pumpkin orange. She's definately peach colored. Oh, and that is the lid on a five gallon bucket to show the size of this pretty flower.

Wow, pretty bloom.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Very nice Chele. That is tig's isn't it? Very delicate in a way

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

It really is a pretty flower and large too! And it also has a very nice scent as well! We have the windows and doors open and the scent wafts through the house when the breeze blows. I couldn't tell you who is responsible for it without looking it up, but I'm glad to see it. I leave all you big kids to making them and you can just send me a piece now and again. LOL

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

That is what I said 3 years ago and look at me now. LOL

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)
