~I know it seems early, but I just harvested my winter squash, and would like some recipes. The squash I have most of is called Sweet Keeper, a pumpkin-type with dark orange flesh and very sweet. I grilled some with nutmeg and my 5 year old said it tasted like peaches. I baked some with PUmkin Pie Spice and that turned out good. How about some baking and grilling recipes, along with casserole and soup?
And if anyone wants seeds, I saved some. Will post pictures of the harvest next week, meanwhile, please share with me, I don't know much about using winter squash.
