My modem dials up Prexar. From there I get on Netscape and to Dave's etc. Prexar just sent a new bill for $39.00 for a month of service. It had always been $19.22. I'm not on broadband or dish or cable. I tried AOL a couple years ago but thier free phone# never answered, while thier 800# at $6.00/min.always answered. Has anybody had the same stuff happen with GWI or other ISPs? Frank
