I have a lavender calla that has set seeds. Do you harvest them while they are still green and moist? How do you plant them? The little pod probably has 50 kernals, each with 1-2 seeds in them. I want more, and was hoping to be able to plant the seeds and get them.

No, don't pick them green. Wait until they turn brown and than pick. I am sure someone will come along with more help for you.
If you want more callas than just let the seed pod develop. Once the seeds have matured the pod will droop over to the ground and sow the seeds by itself. I always let mine just fall where they may and have had numerous 'babies' surrounding the area of the parent plant every year. No need to harvest or anything!!
I have been growing calla's for years in my zone 7 garden and have @20 different varieties. Occasionally I will dig up the mother bulb and chop it up like a potato then replant. All of the pieces are viable. The seed plants take a couple of years before they bloom, while the bulb portions often bloom the same year that they are cut and planted.
