Heres a before pic, before meaning before I get my other plants to put in. Surrounding it is my potted cannas, banana, lavender and some daylilys, so far.
My still water pond LOL
Can you tell Ive improvised a little? That purple bucket under the EE kinda stands out but adds some more color. I think so far its pretty good for a first time and it dosnt have all of its plants in yet, Ill post pics when I get them in.
LOL. Cute pond Dravencat...looks like some of mine that I use for overflow. :)
A pond is what you make it and that looks splendid and easy to maintain. Reminds me of a small one I kept on the deck for a while a few years ago. I put some pieces of driftwood over it to give the fish some privacy!
Thanks guys!! Easy maintinence is one big reason I opted for something this size, but Ive been wanting some pond plants for a so long. MollyMc helped me realize that I could have this and didnt need to have a full set up with a pump, skimmer and all that other stuff. Then she offered me some plants I know I can handle.
Thanks Molly!!!
When I had mine I just got one of those little water pumps like for a small fishtank that had a little spray spout for a water fountain effect.
