The elephant ears I planted outside are growing like crazy and multiplying. One plant though has long shoots (unsure what the proper name is. I'm new at this) growing on top of the ground. Each is probably 12" to 15" long. What do I do with these? Leave them alone? Try to put them under dirt? Can they be cut up and planted elsewhere?
I look forward to your response.

Question about Elephant Ears
Hi R.Smith,
I just leave mine be and they make little babies at the end of the shoots. Roots form and take to the ground very easy, in no time at all, you will have another plant!
Thank you.
