Ok you bird people... (sorry, a little long)

Woodstock, GA(Zone 7b)

I have a tough decision to make. I have never owned a bird, but my husband has. We have decided to take the plunge and get one. I think i can train it well as I have trained all of our other animals, and the breeder will help me. Our choices are:

Congo or Timneh African grey, I fell in love with a congo but when i went to see him again this weekend he kept chomping on me! He is only 6 weeks and will need training.

Umbrella Cockatoo: Absolutely beautiful bird, i will be able to spend a good amount of time with him but i am worried about the noise.

Solomon Isle Eclectus, pretty bird but didnt have much personality, but was very quiet and docile.

And last but not least,
Alexandrine Parraket (parrot?) also seemed docile, seems like a good starter bird but not as exciting as the top two.

Anyone have any suggestions?? Experiences? All will be appreciated
