Ahhhhhhhh look at the babies!!

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

I was so thrilled to see these red baby pods on RK. I was beginning to wonder if red had bad pollen as I was seeing quite a few red tags on the ground lately!

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

My question is this, where am I going to find the room for any new seedlings next year?? I have a ton that will not even flower this year for somehow I fell behind. And even the ones that do flower will need a second year to see if they make the grade. I am in such trouble.......................

Victoria, BC(Zone 8b)

and what rotten trouble too, I'm sure most here would take on that trouble for you Kell!

Matthews, MO(Zone 6b)

Congrats!!!!!! Look at all those babies!! Doing a happy dance for you.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Kell, you will be fine. Where there is a will, there is a way. Those seeds will get planted and grow like weeds for you.

Matthews, MO(Zone 6b)

I agree, those will get planted and you will have beautiful babies in no time!

Herbstein, Germany(Zone 5a)

I will root the tops of the large 2003 seedlings in the fall to save room in my winterhouse.

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

hmm, did you ever post pics of the process or is it just in your book? I have had so many people here where I explain your system. They have always cut from the bottom up instead of the top down. You can almost see the lightbulb going off over their heads. lol
I'm off to search daves.

Whitewater, WI

Congratulations, Kell!!!

Oh boy, I'll have to do that too.. space might become a problem....lol

Matthews, MO(Zone 6b)

I think that is what I am going to do too, I can't give up any of the new babies till I see what they are going to do. They grow so fast and maybe this help with them being so dang tall!

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Kell, you're just going to have to buy some of that good farmland out there in CA and grow brugs!

Marshfield, MO(Zone 6a)

I'll grow some for you, lol.

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

Kell,thats wonderful

Matthews, MO(Zone 6b)

Kell forgot to tell you Vixen is blooming will be saving you the pollen.

Carlisle, PA(Zone 6b)

I was wondering just how "fresh" Brug seeds had to be to get them to germinate? I have never been able to germinate a seed from brugs & I have soaked them in warm water overnight, also in the hydrogen peroxide/distilled water mix and even with reconstituted giberellic acid. Anybody tell me what I am doing wrong? Thanks. Good job, Kell.
