Here it is. I finished it on yesterday. But it's not totally ready yet. It need some flowers, and the new small flowerbed behind it is still empty:)
I am sorry 'cause of the bad pictures:/
My first real pond, it's small, but it's a pond:)
I love it Mitjo! I have to ask, what do your parents think when you tell them you want to put in a flower bed or dig a big hole in the back yard for a pond? I would think they would be thrilled that you have such a healthy and educational hobby. I would be elated if my kids wanted to do stuff like that. I'll be watching to see what you do with the bed by it. :)
Yes, it is great, it will be fun to see what you do with the bed around it and the rest of the pond itself!
I forgot to say, I'd *kill* for those rocks!! LOL
Nice pond Mitjo! You did such a good job and it will look wonderful with some plants. Keep those pics coming.
Edited to say: I would kill for those rocks too!

Thank you all:) It is very nice hear that you like it much as I;) Heheheh.
Badseed, usually when I say I would like make a flowerbed, or some other things containing to our garden they agree with me. hehehe, they dont have nothing against it, usually:) I know what part of the yard they want to keep as it is:) Sometimes I dont even tell them I just dig a flowerbed:)
As in restaurant bussines we gardeners need financiers, my dad is my financier and I am the one who uses the money, and what he gets back is the shining garden:)
Here's a better picture.
Great! Sounds like you and your Dad have a good deal going.
What kind of plants are you going to use?
Looks great!!
Thank you both:)
Weeds, I am not totallyt sure yet, but I have thought some waterlilys, Iris... Those are hardy, but I still would have to put them to the warehouse for winter. On the other hand I want to use tropical plants too. So Colocasias, Xanthisomas (=Elephant ears), Lotus, bulrush etc...
Right now there are only Water hyacint, Pistia and Cyperus alternifolius.
