Very tasty , you all will like it.

Ingredients


1 - 1/2 pound Chickpea flour (Gram Flour - "Besan" in local markets)
2 - 1 teaspoon salt
3 - 1 teaspoon red chili powder
4 - 1 teaspoon coriander seed powder
5 - 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
6 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
7 - 1 medium egg, beaten
8 - 1 medium onion - chopped fine
9 - 1 large potato -- 1/4" cubes
10 - oil for deep frying
11 - water, enough to make paste
12 - Optional Ingredients - Spinach, eggplant, cabbage, fresh 13 - chilies

Method

1 - Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and add enough water to make a paste. Mix well.
2 - Take spoonful at a time from the bowl of paste and deep fry it in hot oil til golden brown.
3 - Serve with dipping sauces
