Couldn't resist taking a photo of our supper this evening.
It looked so colorful.
I bought fresh kale from the farmers market yesterday, cooked them with a ham hock and onions, fixed corn on the cob, and my FIRST Brandywine tomato.
Should have made cornbread to sop up the "pot liquor," as it was so delicious, but didn't feel like making any. Maybe tomorrow, with the leftovers
