In looking at some agave pics, this scalloped edge sure looks more like Agave guadalajarana than the straighter edge of Agave potatorum.

scalloped edges are a classic shape of potatatorum.. .not a potatatorum unless it has scalloped edges.. I find just the opposite... how does one tell a guadalajarana is not actually a large potatatorum?

I guess it could be Agave verschaffeltii too, so I guess we are at the mercy of whomever writes the tag.

The end spines of this one too are so very different than all 3 agave mentioned.
