I am looking for a red camellia. I have a pink one, it is gorgeous! I really want a red one, tho, to go with my red rhododendron!

Someone has got to have this. I have some red ones but I don't have any rooted. I don't know the first thing about rooting camelias though. I've tried int he past when I lived in Texas and had no luck (if I recall correctly).
I read that you can root them from the newest growth. I've never tried with mine yet.
Yeah I has been want this red one so bad hard to find when I got 2 plants of kinda of coral/salmon color was supose to be red what the label said but not red but still love the color anyway so wanted the red one what I am looking for one for long time never see any of it over here so gave up to looking for it.
Me, too, REDROSE. Mine was supposed to have been red, but it's also a salmon color. If I find any, I'll sure let you know!
