Does it have a name or was it in a mixed bag? I always buy mixes of glads, but I keep seeing DG'ers with some breathtaking ones like that one! I might have to go for some named ones next year!

Crestview, FL(Zone 7b)

thanks everyone!!

langbr.. it was a mixed bag that I purchased at Wal-Mart

It looks like one called "Comet" that we had in a glad co-op 2 years ago. The company doesn't have it listed anymore or I'd show a hyperlink.

Franklin, LA(Zone 9a)

here is a pic of comet in my garden this year. A little different, more purple, less yellow. I really like this one.

I really like MzMunchken's too.

Cherí - That's the pic I was referring to!!! I just loved that one when you posted in a thread a while back. Now I'm on a search for a bulb that probably isn't available anymore! LOL!

(I haven't seen you around the usual haunts - hope you been ok.)

MzM, that is a gorgeous shot - wow! I need to get some glads again. Some overwintered for a while against our fenceline, but they finally pooped out. I might be able to overwinter some against our brick foundation, though. That one you have there is spectacular.

GW... thanks... funny that this post comes back up now.. this glad is getting ready to burst open any day.. hopefully I'll get a couple of good shots with my new camera.
