Close up of delicious fruit cluster, in stages; amongst the painful thorns!

Hi NatureWalker. That is a beautiful photo, but I do believe it is of a Black Raspberry, or Black Cap as we call them up here. The giveaway is the milky look between the seed segments.
Check this link and see what you think, scroll about half way down.

NatureWalker what are your thoughts on this one? It does appear to be Black Raspberry. Please let us know so the photo can be moved to it's rightful place.

I also agree that this is a Black Raspberry. It really does need to be moved to the right place. Terrific picture though!

Creekwalker, I'm going to ask one more time your thoughts on this since you are a subscribed member and I know you are on DG now since you are adding more photos.

Please let us know I would like to get this resolved. Thank you.

Hi! I am 100% positive that this is a black raspberry. You can tell by the whitish fuzziness between the drupes. We have MANY of these growing here wild and I have seen the difference. Blackberries never have that between their drupes. It is a dead give away. Hope this helps! I'm sorry I didn't see this sooner!
