Geez, had a big patch of this when I lived in the desert. Im nostalgic for it here in hilly maine..., guess no one has any out there this time o year with the heat and all.
I have spanish lavendar. However it is a huge plant. I dont think it has reseeded. Cuttings are all I could do for you.

It wont survive my winter. just wanted to look at it this summer. Some one has emailed me about a trade but thankyou for your offer. What is a stock? Do you mean plant roots that have gone by? Oh well.
What I meant was: the whole stem, they grow quite well here, smell great, and beautifull.
Im giving up on spanish lavender for this year. Maybe next year, thanks for all your help.
