Does anyone have White Dalmation sage plants for sale?
White Dalmation sage plants
I've looked all over the place (web, too) and can't find anything for sale or trade anywhere. Do you have any local nurseries that might be able to order it for you?
Hi...My guess (apologies if I'm mistaken) is that you're looking for is 'White Sage...Salvia apiana, aka California White Sage. It's available at least at the following websites. It attracts bees and has many other uses ceremonially, for incense etc. Not sure where the 'Dalmation' ID came in...as with most plants, they can have many common names attached to them through the decades which have little or no bearing on the botanical nomenclature of the plant....which would explain why you're reaching a dead end using that name.
http://www.mostlynatives.com/plantssz.htm - $7. Size??
http://www.greenstranger.com/prices2004.html - 25 seeds for $2.00
http://www.horizonherbs.com - 100 seeds $2.85 (This is a medicinal herb vendor)
It's also in the PDB @ http://plantsdatabase.com/go/882/index.html
Since you're a fairly new member...WELCOME!!...the PDB is a DG link and you log in using your DG id. It' s listed in the boxes on the right under DG network as Plant Database...a wealth of info there... Hope this helps in your quest. ;-))
