She is opening a little darker this time, temps have been better for her.
First Night coming on.
Very nice Root. Nice color. The first blooms of mine from that cross had the same coloring but they never completely opened. I'm hoping the next ones improve.
First Night - Any relation to First Day?
I can tell this one is special!
It is looking good Bob. I posted here earlier, but with people stopping by, I think I forgot to hit send. LOL!
WOW! You've got another beauty on your hands!!
Look at those tendrils!!! I really like that name. What a beauty!
She is lovely and I am glad for you that she is a little darker for you now. Can't wait to see all your other brugs and seedlings in bloom.
WOW! What a difference between the newly blooming blossom and the one that is a day old! I love that coral/pink color!
Looking good, Root.
Nice six pointed bloom Doc.
Doesn't this remind you of your shot, after they got frosted?
Sure does. I've loved the way this one opens from the very first bloom I saw.
So pretty, just perfection!!!
Wow!! Those trendils are somthing! Love the color on her! Good job Rooty!
I am just growing it,it is a cross of Tonnys. He is no longer here on DG.
What happened to Tonny, anyway?
I love the way it opens too. Very pretty Root. Nice color too.!
Bj
Root I am just loving this, those are some awesome tendrils. What you going to put on her?
I have a Rosamond going to open tomorrow,I may use it,what do you think?
Go for it!!!!
Great shot, Doc!
Let me think on it...
Hey Doc, don't you think your lawn is about to need mowing? LOL! That big grassy expanse is a riot. I love the way it looks though. I'd mow that with my weed eater. Love the way your yard looks.
I was thinking the same thing Shirley. He's got it down to clipper size.
Looking good Root!
Your yard looks beautiful! I wish I only had that much grass to mow!!! Especially like your Brug in a barrel! Where did you find that thing?
Your brug and your yard is wonderful Root. I love the use of the rustic stuff. I have a dolly exactly like yours and you are right, those suckers are heavy. I wonder if they were bought at Sears. My house was owned by a family that owned a stave mill and they left several barrels like yours - I never thought of using them for brugs because they are so HEAVY, but I might try one of the smaller ones. Your place looks even better, every time you send a pic....
Its pretty Rooty.
