Pointing to heaven!

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

I love the way a lot of the blooms on this are either pointing upward or horizontal. I have already showed this seedling to you all when it first flowered. I do not get to see it much because it is in the very back of the brug garden.

I like it ... it is so pretty!!

Kell, I really like this one too although it probably wouldn't make it here very long. We get too much rain and the blooms would be ruined. I like the soft color, the shape, the way the bloom hangs (if you can call it hanging), just everything. Maybe you better move this one out to the front of the garden where you can really enjoy it.

Very pretty, Kell.

Just Lovely. I really do like the one's with long tendrils.

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

Lovely Kell, it must have a lot of aurea in it. Is it a named one yet?

No Liz, I am not good at naming them. I usually have nicknames.

Brugie, it is very very tall. Hard to dig out among all the others. It is a mess back there. Some brugs have travelled along the ground for 6 feet before they find a place that lets them grow straight up to the sun. This one grew straight and true but to keep above the rest it had to grow tall. LOL

I hadn't thought about the rain since we will get none till fall.

Each day it is a treat to see what new blooming beauty you have to show.. today is no different... another good looking brug!

Thanks Ms. Munché! I have a couple coming up that I am having panic attacks over.

My best bloomed with only one bloom over a month ago and it was the best brug I have ever seen in person. I was so in love with it I took a thousand pics of the 1 bloom. I have buds now on it and the corolla has emerged. I am beside myself with anticipation and also sick worry that it will not be the same as it was. I will die if it is not superb!! Last night I could not see the buds well enough at 2 AM so I took a pic of it so I could study it! LOL I am nuts.

As a bud it looks like any other, its secret delight well hidden. LOL

Kell, you are going to be surrounded by such beauty that you'd better take out brug insurance.

I absolutely LOVE your 1st picture! What a gorgeous Brug that just "POPS OUT" with that deep vivid purple background. It is Bouganvilla (please excuse the mispelling).
