Great looking cactus plant and nice blooms you have there.
It appears to be Opuntia humifusa instead of Opuntia monacantha though.
Opuntia monacantha pads should be elongated and should have spines like these photos here:

edited to add: I did some more reading on this subject and found:
O. humifusa and O. macrorhiza are almost identical exept for the flower.
O. macrorhiza has the red throats and O. humifusa dosen't.
So this is probably O. macrorhiza instead.

I did some more reading on this subject and found:

So this is probably O. macrorhiza instead. Sorry for the mix-up.
And according to the usda website it's also native to Ohio.
