I call my pepto Bismol canna,It came in a bag of lady di's I bought at the flower show,so I have no ID on it,but she's a purity one.

I have orange cannas and red w/striped leaves. I'll trade, but I know you probably already have those, do you? I think YOU have pretty much everything. You may not have this canna though. Just let me know!!! It just hasn't bloomed yet. I think the flower is red. Of course that's it in the middle of the "split leaf". I really need to transplant it somewhere else, I'm just scared to!!!

It shows, believe me it shows. Isn't it great that we can find something that is as pleasing to the eye as it is to the heart? I just dread the day when I start treatment again as I know that my garden and flowers suffer more than me. I do so enjoy being outside and doing what makes me feel good. And the best reward is when our flowers and gardens give us the gift of beauty and a wealth of colors.

Yes, Pepto has large blooms and lots of them. Have shared with Alice(Abutilon) and Johnnie. Mine are still going strong. I have not been able to keep Princess Di. tho', that one must be "touchy".
I love that pink! Tropicman, what can I offer you in trade for a piece? (they grow all year long down here, so if you happen to break off a little piece while you're digging in the fall.........)
Hibiscus, I have Princess Di, she loves our hot sun, but takes a lot of water. I put one in the shade and something is eating the leaves all up, but they don't bother the one in the sun. I'm thinking snails or slugs are eating it. I'm fixing to dig the shady one up, want to try a piece of it?

Dons' pink canna is awsome. The "Johnnie" I shared it with, is in Houston, Tx. She said it had tripled and blooms great, so Tx. must be good canna country.

I have traded 2 C. Music hibiscus for other things. They are blooming outside now. Bloomed in basement GH all winter. I don't know of any that are that easy to grow and have such different colors of bloom.
