Black tip fungus

Does anyone know the name of the pathogen which causes black tip on plumerias?
One of my P. "Singapore" cuttings from exoticplumeria is exhibiting signs of this disease and it would be useful to know the organism responsible in order to select the best available treatment.

Thanks Rylaff, I had seen the info on plumeria101, which is a great site, but it doesn't say what the fungus is. Many of the fungicides mentioned on that and other sites are not available in the European Union so it would be helpful to know the enemy so as to choose the most effective weapons!
