How do you merge 3 separate pages (hard copy) into one file?

(I think 'hard copy' still refers to paper/pages you hold in your hand, right?)

Once again, the newspaper folks descended on MoonDance Farm. One time in the past Dave was able to transform the article so you could read it online, as a web page.

Is there a site I can go to (Advanced computering for idiots?) to figure out how people do that? Can it just be scanned and then the individual scannings be merged into a single page? Or, most importantly, does my mind have to learn beyond-my-thinking-computer-languages/skills?
