calla lilies not doing well

Judsonia, AR(Zone 7b)

I have this huge 3 gal pot full of calla lilies their on my front porch no sun, maybe too much water? not sure. the leaves are dying off one by one, can't figure out why, they've been blooming for a while, now, do they need to be in part sun, their getting no sun hardly.

Mine thrive in very moist soil and partial shade....good morning sun and filtered early afternoon sun, total shade in the mid to late afternoon (planted under our deck overhang)
To me it sounds like maybe not enough sun and possibly some rot going on.
Can you post a pic?

I had 2 callas in my birdbath garden, partial shade provided by canna lilies. Water splashing periodically from the birds. They did not do well.

I receive another calla in the tropical plant trade. I decided to sink it in my pond in a pot of soil, anchored with stones. It is doing wonderful now. Imagine that!!!

Sounds like too much water to me. Are they yellowing before dying? I lost a few calla lily seedlings due to too much water. Had to move them further from the sprinkler and how they are fine.

KathyAnn.. My experience growing callas is not all that much but I did find through growing them several years that in the heat of the summer they do die back and then re-emerge once the temps get cooler in the fall. I've had mine in a regluar shade garden and I've had them on my bog shelf in the pond in partial sun.. they did well in both places except in the heat in of the summer.

Eclipse: I had one flush of blooms early in the season. I also just have leaves now.
Must be something with the weather this year.
