Rosa Zauber

Herbstein, Germany(Zone 5a)

Rosa Zauber first flowers for this year. She has lots of buds despite the cold. But the flowers are smaller than usual.
It is even more cooling off in the next days.

That is the kind of double pink i would like to see in my yard ,a dusty pink, did it darken up for you Monika?
You have beautiful Brugs.

Kannapolis, NC(Zone 7b)

Monika, you're the envy of all of us here. You have such beautiful Brugs.

Angleton, TX(Zone 9a)

Monika, she is so pretty and I wish she were mine. I sure hope you gets warmer and stays that way for a while. Your summer is so short and you obviously love your brugs to work so hard to see them bloom. I always enjoy seeing all your beauties.

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

Outstanding!
Is it one of your best breeding plants?
How can it not be? I've been lusting after this one for years. LOL

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Isn't that the truth, Frannie. I look at Monika's and I wish they were mine! LOL

Herbstein, Germany(Zone 5a)

Thank you all for your nice comments. Liz, it is one of my best breeding plants. Rosa Zauber is the only double Pink, which has no suaveolens genes. She is a good mother plant but also a good pollen producer.

Matthews, MO(Zone 6b)

I love this one! One of these days......dreaming of double pinks....

She is very, very beautiful. The colour is superb even in the cooler weather. Sigh..................

Ellicott City, MD(Zone 7a)

Yukon, OK(Zone 7b)

Ahhhhhhhhh...it's beautiful Monika!

Go ahead and send it to NC and I'll try to be there when the mailman arrives! LOL

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Such a beautiful and valuable brug.

Kannapolis, NC(Zone 7b)

Oh no, Brinda. I'll be sitting on the mailbox waitng. LOL

Grass Lake, MI(Zone 5a)

Ada, first you had better anchor that mailbox down somehow, so it doesn't go floating away.

This is one gorgeous brug Monika. A real beauty!!!!

Kannapolis, NC(Zone 7b)

Waterloolily, we have it cemented in the ground but with the rains over flowing all the side ditches, it could have still be a possibility. I know it's lighter than the railroad ties. LOL

Herbstein, Germany(Zone 5a)

I am waiting for the second flush now.
