What a day...
No one wilted in the heat...
And DD got her favorite flower (an orchid corsage)...totally unexpected and very appreciated!
The picture taking did get a bit tiring...
The banquet is over, the dance is in progress...and Mom and Dad are vegging out! ;)
Wow! What a grand day/night for all those kids, uh, ladies and gentlemen. They are all beautiful but DD stands out! Love her dress and that hairdo is impressive, she looks wonderful.
It was worth it all now, wasn't it mom?

It was quite the day...I relived sending her off to kindergarten and now it will be off the the jungle (their Grad theme). They all really did shine that day and when I saw DD all dressed up it did "take my breath away". ;) Their humor and excitement made the evening!

edited to say the gown was the first dress we saw on our hunt and after looking at more than I care to remember it was the one that we had to get. Best part, it was off the rack...$100.00 off and that day an additional 30%, which put it in the realm of sanity!

LOL Shawn...I'm not sure what is in the water here but a number of the girls are models and have been overseas to Korea and Japan. The girls certainly sparkled and the guys heads were rotating all night! ;)
