Almost there

Judsonia, AR(Zone 7b)

I've been watching and waiting patiently for this one to completely open up, Blood lily. Can't wait till it's completely open, how fast do these multiply? anybody know? do I need a bigger pot other than the l gal. it's in now.
I'm sure the bulb fills up the gal pot pretty good now.

Kathy,
Sorry I don't know how fast they multiply. Mine is still new for me but did just finish blooming and now has a nice rosette of leaves coming out. I have it in a 6 inch clay pot and will leave it there until I think it should be repotted.

Funny how the bloom came first, that's weird, i'm new to these too. Thought for sure the leaves first, then the bloom, LOL

beautiful none the less though.
