New Potato Recipe (Method)

I have discovered a new, and really easy to make creamed New Potatoes, which we love. I've always made a cream sauce and then put the cooked new potatoes in it and heated it up. This is soooo much faster and easier...

I cook the potatoes in their skins, nothing new about that, and when done, peel them and put them back in pan. I then add an appropriate amount of butter (depends on how many I'm cooking), put the lid on and let it melt. Take lid off, stir and add an equal amount of Wondra flour, stir and add milk and bring to boil, stirring now and then gently. I salt and pepper to taste at this point.

Voila...great tasting quick potatoes.
