Michelle--- I am about an hour away from Kathy Ann and I have asked her about named daylillies and she is just beginning to collect them. Have you decided on all of the ones from me you wanted???? Thanks so much for the notice-- Marie

I kinda figured you two had chatted already. LOL Hey, I tried! You know, I have been so busy plotting my hems and putting them on my spreadsheet, I haven't done much else except for dig the pond. Geeze! I have put yes next to a few of yours and no next to a couple but I haven't finished looking them up. Like I said, I'm not the quickest trade, but I'm good for it. :) If you get a good offer for some of yours, please feel free to go ahead. Hubby switched to second shift this week and we are trying to get into a new routine.

Michelle--- No way--- I gave you my word that I would save you one of all that we discussed and I stand behind my word. I know you are good for trades and we will get it done before the years end. LOL-- Remember I have children also! The constant "Mom I need to be taken to...." "Mom I need picked up at... 3:00 don't be late!" from 6 kids-- so I know the feeling. Besides I have enough for other trades also. Just keep in touch between the yell of "Mom" ok! Marie

honiebee from ms. she is on the thread about going tropical... we all go to the biotanical gardens together. The mojave sunset is a big bloomer. and a light orange... color. looks real nice... kinda like a sunset... sucker for the ones that bloom big.... it was like five fans in a gallon bucket for 4.00 so it was a deal. I just saw them. sometimes it is alot easier to buy something than to trade for it.... she had some neat hybirds but no names and I am just not buying them. I was so happy with the ones you gave me.... so delighted... and nice... wow... I wish we had the cold like you do... the daylilies down here just don't get enough sleep... I am thinking about throughing ice on them this winter... see if it doesn't do anything.... mostlikely rot them...LOL I am just getting into dayliys... I am about at 15 now... wowow...

Larry I tell you what I will come down in the late fall dig your 15 and bring them Back to Arkansas and carry them over until spring. LOL!!! Normally we have a really cold winter but this last one was mild so we have alot of the "nasty" bugs survive and eat the foliage up on my plants! Those dang grasshoppers boy do we have them bad now! It is like they just swarmed in on us. It is amazing what a tennis racket can do.... oh I am sorry I really shouldn't say that....LOL! Boy you got a deal on that mojave sunset!!! I am jealous! It sounds beautiful from your discription. I don't blame you on the unamed ones! I have your "ears" popping up now and I am tickled! You talk about throwing ice on your lillies and we have to stock up on straw for the winter!!!!! I do hope they survive the winter for me but then if they don't I can bring a shovel when I bring your daylillies back in the spring....hahaha-----thehumblebumble

Foley, AL

that is something if I dig 50 fifty more pop up so I can send them to you next year...LOL that is too funny....

Heber Springs, AR(Zone 7b)

I am so looking forward to having them in my garden.... All the pictures I have seen of them are beautiful.....so if they don't survive this year... Alabama I am bound!!! hahahaha Marie

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

Well, I have potted up 3 of the 50 something daylilies you need! LMBO Hey, it's a start! At this rate, we should be able to finalize around September. hahahaha

Heber Springs, AR(Zone 7b)

Michelle---- as soon as you let me know what some of the ones you want I will get started potting up---- hey you would think with all the kids we have it wouldn't take no time!!!! hahahah but I can't keep mine at home long enough to help and if I mention work in the yard it is like the plaque----everyone disappears! hahaha Marie

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

LOL Mine would probably want to help with this, but chances are you may not like the end product! LOL I can just see them yanking them apart. You'd either get tubers or grassy tops, but not both. ;) "Look mom, we dug up forty of them in 20 minutes!!".

Heber Springs, AR(Zone 7b)

LOL!!! Very cute--- well they would have good intentions.... hahah! Marie
