I just went to see a Jack Russell that someone was looking for a good home for. She seems very sweet and did well with my kids. My DH however has reservations because the owners said that she suffered from seizures but now at 8 months, has outgrown them. She is not spayed and she needs her shots. They hadn't given them to her because the vet thought that because of the seizures they should wait. Supposedly they spent $600 to save her life and when I asked what happened all they said was that due to the seizures. I was also told she was a little bit blind. When I questioned that, they said the dog was blind on its right eye. Do these health problems seem like a big issue?? I guess DH is worried about future vet bills. He'd rather we wait and get a Westie puppy that the breeder gives a 2 yr. health guarantee. TIA,
Gemila
Can a puppy that suffers seizures outgrow them?
