They can be wintered over inside and also make nice bonsai. ;)

Tillamook, OR(Zone 8b)

Would you be willing to send to a newbie? I have wanted this tree for a long time, but I haven't been able to get any since I live in Z6, but in two weeks we are moving to Z8b/9 and I can finally grow them!!! This is my first post on Dave's and I figured I would try to save the lives of however many of your seedlings that I could!!! :O)

Is this the tree in question?

If I can keep it pruned to a shrub, I'd like to try one. I can send postage, or would you like a rooted gardenia cutting?

Narc
I hope your trees arent still sitting at the post office I mailed them last Thursday.....

Seattle, WA(Zone 8b)

My postman (postal person) stuck my trees in the open garage door while no one was looking and they sat there in their hot little box for three extra days.....needless to say they are not doing well :-(
I may hit you up for another batch next spring when the new crop of seedlings pops up.

Coupland, TX(Zone 8a)

Hi
The leaves were wilted, and starting to get krispy, but the roots look ok. I immediatly put them in water, I think they will be ok.

If I had been THINKING I would have given you my work address, from now on I will do that.
