Getting Rid of Compost Pile

My compost pile has grown bigger than
I ever expected, is there any thing
I can do or use to dry out or make the
leaves disapear? I want to clear it up
for next falls leaves. City laws will
not let us burn debris or leaves.
suggestions please....
