Here is the brug. that was out in freezing weather last fall and lost all of its leaves and I swore it was dead. Well it isn't one of my favorite ones. I don't even have the name of it but thought if it made it through and lived I would let it. It has buds on it now.
My Brug.
That's great!! I'm glad it is still here to make you smile. Ya gotta love those that make it through the rough weather.
why are the survivors usually the ones that aren't on our fav list? LOL

Don't give up on placing her on your favorite list just yet. Sometimes the ones that refuse to die find a way into your heart...lol
Surviving the freezing temps is a plus for it. Maybe it'll grow on you and at least become a semi favorite.
I agree,if it takes a licking and keeps on ticking,it must have something going for it!
You gotta love it!
What a nice surprise. It is always good to have one that is strong against the elements.
You're zone 5a and it survived? How? Did you cage it?
I don't know how. I did sit in the garage after a few days of freezing weather because I felt bad about leaving it out.
Honibee..what we won't do for our brugs...don't you get yourself sick now sitting out in the cool garage!
