It is hard to see your pic but if it looks like foam or spit, it is probably from fish mating. LOL
its kinda foamy but its a bazillion little black eggs, does that help any? if its fish eggs thats great just wonder what they are from...(goldfish or koi) my fiance thought they were frog eggs

I know frog eggs are in clear slime like snot (sorry, best script I could think of LOL). It is clear and sticky and full of black dots. I can't remember if I have ever seen fish eggs. I remember foam, then gold specks, then baby fish. How technical am I?? :)

Lenaky, I have these sometimes on my pond too. I think they are frog eggs because we have tons of the little green frogs that stick all over the picture window at night. The cats get a kick out of listening to them and watching them. We turn on the outside lights and they catch bugs. Jenny
