I was going to add the picture to the plant files but it could still be a different one. I thought it was a pachypodium lamerei and I was searching for the red-orange flowered one. Got any advice ?

looks pretty similar, but growing in a humid, tropical climate, I am not surprised the leaves look a bit more happy.
