Canadian Brugmansia Lovers....
That's a great new brug! And I hear rumours of more exciting brugs to come!
If you are a member of ABADS, american brugmansia and datura society, go check their page. abads.org They are going to be starting a podners project. It involves getting some seeds from a specific pod, growing them out while documenting everything. They are wondering if there will be enough Canadians interested for a podners group here. Vicki did mention that the crosses that will be grown out will not be boring.
If interested, you will have to join ABADS.

I joined ABADS over a year ago, even before I heard about DG's. I like them both, for different reason's. There's so much information, at both places. Often very smilar, because many are members at both places. Of late, I think I've spent more time at DG's than ABADS, just because there's more activity here.
I just have a thirst for learning more about brugs. I started growing them last year after lusting after them for over 10 years, mostly because I didn't know what they were.

lol Linda...I think, for a change, you would have enjoyed it here today. We have SUN and a slightly warm breeze....I spent my break by the serpentine in the park and soaked all those lovely rays in. :)
I'm curious...was there a sneak preview of the RED BRUG there before it was posted here?
Not of the red brug, but of the other one that Callalily is growing and Kell is hinting at. It was posted on Sunday, maybe monday. We've been sworn to secrecy until it's posted everywhere.
Wish I could tell ya, but I'm hoping it won't be long till it's out.
